What you're buying
The Perimenopause Playbook and its companion packs are digital PDF files. After your payment is confirmed you get a private download page. Download links stay valid for one year from purchase. The Complete Kit includes the Quick-Relief Cards bonus. Please save your files to your device.
The Tracker app
The Complete Kit (and the upgrade from the Playbook) includes access to My Perimenopause Tracker, a web app, for 12 months from purchase. You activate it with the email you paid with, on up to 3 of your own devices. It is part of your one-time purchase: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Your log is stored only on your device, so please keep the encrypted backup the app offers; we can't recover data we never receive. The Tracker is an educational and tracking tool, not a medical device: it does not diagnose or treat any condition. A refund ends access to the Tracker; your log stays on your device and you can still export it.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and charged once. There is no subscription. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for those orders, which also handles any sales tax and refunds; other orders may be paid through PayPal or Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Any sales tax is shown at checkout where it applies.
7-day clarity guarantee
If the Playbook or the kit doesn't make your symptoms and your options clearer than anything you've read, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full, to the original payment method. You don't need to fill in a form or explain more than that. If a file is damaged, won't open or a download fails, contact us and we'll fix it or send it again. Refunds end your license to use the files.
Your license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for yourself and your household. You may print as many copies as you need for personal use and share the Conversation Pack pages with the people they're meant for. Please don't resell, publish or share the files publicly.

Updates
When guidelines change we may update the files. Updated editions are offered free to existing buyers through their download page or by email.
Liability
We work hard to keep the content accurate and sourced, but we can't guarantee it's complete or current for every situation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid.
