The short version
We collect only what we need to sell you the kit and to understand how the site is used. We don't sell your information.
The symptom check stays on your device
The 2-minute check on this site runs in your browser. Your answers and your score are never sent to us. We only record that the check was used, without any of its content.
The Tracker app keeps your health data on your phone
My Perimenopause Tracker (included with the Complete Kit) stores everything you log, including symptoms, periods, sleep, mood, notes and the treatments you're trying, only in your browser on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. We can't see it, sell it or share it, and nobody uses it to train artificial intelligence. The app has no advertising pixels, no analytics and no third-party scripts.
To confirm your purchase, the app sends our server only your activation link, a one-way fingerprint of your purchase email (we can't turn it back into the address), a random code for each device (up to 3) and the date your access ends. No health information is ever part of that.
You stay in control: you can save an encrypted backup (locked with a password only you know), export a spreadsheet, remove a device or delete everything from the app's "Backup, export and delete" page at any time. Because we don't hold your consumer health data, we don't collect, share or sell it under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act, and there is nothing of yours on our servers that a breach could expose under the FTC's Health Breach Notification Rule. If that ever changed, we would ask for your consent first.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email, country, the option you chose and the amount paid, as shared by our payment providers (Lemon Squeezy, PayPal or Stripe). We use it to deliver your files, send updates and answer support requests.
- When you browse: anonymous usage events (for example, a page view or opening the checkout), a random session id that lives only in your browser tab, the referring page and your country as detected by our host.
Who processes it
- Lemon Squeezy (our reseller and Merchant of Record), PayPal and Stripe, to take payments.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site.
- Supabase, where order records and anonymous usage events are stored.
- Our email and customer-support tools, to send your download link and updates.
- If advertising pixels are active on this site (TikTok or Meta), they measure visits and purchases from ads under those companies' own policies.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your order information at any time, and we'll respond as required by the privacy laws of your state.
